Reverse description	Printed entirely in green, the reverse is composed of dense, symmetrical engine-turned guilloche lacework with a large central rosette medallion surrounded by geometric lathe-work patterns, characteristic of American Bank Note Company security printing of the late nineteenth century. The denomination 1.25 appears in large numerals within ornamental cartouches at both left and right, while the bank name and denomination inscription occupy panel borders at top and bottom respectively.
