Obverse description Central mandala-style geometric design composed of intersecting rectangular frames, evoking a traditional Nepali yantra or palace plan motif. The name and regnal titles of King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev are inscribed in Devanagari script within the compartments of the central field. Religious and royal symbols — including a conch shell, a wheel (chakra), a lotus, and a trident (trishula) — are positioned in the four cardinal corners of the design. The Nepali Bikram Sambat date 2052 appears at the base within the lower register. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded border.
