| Obverse description | Bare or laureate male head oriented to right, rendered in the local Ibero-Punic artistic tradition with schematic yet expressive facial features. The hair is depicted in a series of rounded locks or beaded clusters above the forehead, with a laurel wreath or fillet discernible atop the head. The portrait occupies the majority of the flan, which is irregular in shape owing to the hammered production technique. The fields are plain and uninscribed, consistent with early Cessetani bronze issues. |
