| Obverse description | A scallop shell depicted in high relief at the center of the field, shown from above with radiating ribs extending symmetrically from the umbo to the outer margin. The shell is rendered in a naturalistic yet stylized Ibero-Punic artistic tradition. No legend or inscription appears on the obverse. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show characteristic patination consistent with hammered bronze coinage of the period. |

| Reverse description | A galley prow advancing to the right occupies the central field, rendered with characteristic oars or ram detail visible beneath the hull and a curved stern post rising above. An Iberian legend in Levantine semi-syllabic script appears above or around the prow, identifying the issuing city of Arse. The design reflects strong Punic and Roman naval iconographic influences prevalent in eastern Hispanian coinage of the Second Punic War period. The flan is irregular, as typical of hammered bronze issues of this mint. |
