Reverse description Saint George, depicted as an armored knight on horseback, charges to the right with lance couched, slaying a dragon prostrate beneath the horse's hooves. The saint is rendered in a vigorous late-medieval style with finely detailed armor. The horse rears dramatically over the vanquished beast. The encircling legend, identifying the coin as a silver issue of the County and Lords of Mansfeld, runs between the inner field and the outer toothed rim.
