Obverse description Draped bust of Queen Christina facing three-quarters left, her hair arranged in curls falling to her shoulders, set within a beaded inner circle. The effigy is rendered in a baroque portrait style typical of mid-17th century Germanic coinage. A circular Latin legend runs around the periphery of the field, identifying the queen by her full royal title.
