Obverse description Armored and draped bust of Emperor Charles VI facing right, with long flowing wig, the emperor wearing a suit of armor with decorative pauldron and a draped mantle secured at the chest with a jeweled clasp. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the Baroque style. The Latin legend runs clockwise around the periphery commencing at 12 o'clock, separated by stops. The coin features a milled border.

Reverse description Crowned double-headed imperial eagle displayed in the field, each head surmounted by an individual crown beneath a central imperial crown. A crowned escutcheon bearing the Habsburg composite coat of arms is superimposed on the eagle's breast, encircled by the collar and pendant of the Order of the Golden Fleece. The eagle's dexter talon holds a sword and the sinister talon holds an imperial scepter. The abbreviated Latin titulature legend runs around the periphery, with the date at the end.
