| Reverse description | Irregular hammered copper flan displaying a three-line Arabic legend in raised relief within a partial circular border visible on portions of the periphery. The inscription reads 'Ibn Muhammad Shah / Al-Sultan / Khallada Mulkahu', identifying the sultan as son of Muhammad Shah and invoking the pious formula 'May his reign be eternal'. The lettering is executed in a bold Naskh hand, typical of the Gujarat Sultanate copper coinage of the mid-15th century. The field surface shows characteristic die wear and flan irregularities inherent to the hammered technique. |
