Reverse description Two crossed arrows occupy the central field, their points directed toward the upper left and upper right respectively, with the feathered fletching splaying outward at lower left and lower right. The fractional value 1/2 appears above the crossing point, while the denomination inscription SKIL and LING flanks the intersection to left and right, collectively reading SKILLING. The year of issue is struck in the lower exergue beneath the arrow shafts. The entire design is enclosed by a continuous raised beaded border.
