Reverse description Square hammered flan with a raised linear border dividing the reverse field into two horizontal registers, mirroring the obverse layout. Bold Arabic legends in Naskh script fill both registers, bearing the kalima or additional royal and religious titulature of Sultan Ghiyath Shah of Malwa. The strike exhibits the characteristic irregularity and slight surface porosity of fifteenth-century Indian hand-struck silver coinage.
