Obverse description Central field divided by incuse lines into compartments, bearing Tibetan script characters in relief. The syllable 'Ndra' occupies the central register, with the letter 'Sa' positioned to its right as a distinguishing variety marker. The character 'Ra' is rendered with its lower stroke joined to a prominent vertical line, a diagnostic feature of this die variety. Additional Tibetan syllables appear in the surrounding compartments. The overall design is typical of Bhutanese hammered coinage, with bold, somewhat crudely executed lettering on an irregular flan.

Reverse description Central field divided into compartments by raised linear borders, enclosing bold Tibetan script characters struck in relief on an irregular copper flan. A large teardrop or flame-shaped motif occupies the central register, flanked by additional syllabic characters in the surrounding panels. The upper and lower registers contain further Tibetan script elements, consistent with the standard reverse type of Bhutanese Deb Period coinage. The execution is characteristic of hand-hammered production, with uneven flan edges and variable strike depth.
