Reverse description Central field features a large imperial double-headed eagle displayed, with both heads crowned by a single imperial crown above, rendered in bold hammered relief with finely detailed feathering on the spread wings and body. The eagle's talons grip scrolling foliate ornaments in the lower field. A beaded inner circle separates the eagle from the surrounding Latin legend, which is interrupted at the top by the date 1569 and disposed continuously around the coin's periphery between inner and outer borders.
