Obverse description Central field features the national emblem of Oman comprising two crossed khanjar daggers overlaid with a curved sword (saif), all rendered in fine relief. The emblem is enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The Arabic legend reading 'Qabus bin Sa'id Sultan of Oman' arcs above and below the central device in elegant Naskh script. The outer border is adorned with a decorative chain-link motif interspersed with stylized palm frond ornaments at regular intervals, lending the design a distinctly regal and formal character.
