| Obverse description | Brown intaglio-printed note with a central guilloche medallion bearing the denomination '00.50' flanked by '1/2' numerals in ornate diamond frames, overlaid with a multicolour rosette underprint and serial number in blue and red. To the right, a vignette of the Ermita del Cerrito del Carmen hermitage set within a landscaped scene, surmounted by a quetzal bird in flight. Three facsimile signature lines appear at the lower centre beneath the inscriptions, with the authorization date printed vertically at right. |
