Reverse description	The reverse presents the right half of the bisected 1 Peso note, printed in blue intaglio on a dense guilloche background of interlocking rosette patterns. At left, a circular vignette bearing a profile portrait is visible, accompanied by the arc inscription "LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA". A large bold black overprint "MEDIO PESO" is applied diagonally across the design, with the denomination "1 PESO ORO" partially legible at lower left and the printer's imprint of the American Bank Note Company at bottom.
