Obverse description A mounted yeoman in military uniform gallops to left on horseback, brandishing a raised sword in his right hand, with the sword point directed toward the letter 'L' in the surrounding legend. The equestrian figure is rendered in bold relief within the central field. The circumferential legend reads LOYAL SUFFOLK YEOMANRY FIRST TROOP, with additional text in the exergue. The design is executed in the robust, patriotic style characteristic of late 18th-century English tradesmen's tokens.

Reverse description A crowned oval garter frames a centrally placed castle with two towers, rendered in detailed relief, representing the arms of Suffolk. The garter bears the inscriptions LIBERTY · LOYALTY · PROPERTY, while the legend BLYTHING HUNDRED HALFPENNY encircles the outer border. The word SUFFOLK and the date 1794 appear in the lower portion of the central field beneath the castle, completing the heraldic composition typical of Conder token reverse designs.
