Obverse description Crude regal imitation obverse bearing the heavily worn effigy of King George III facing left, rendered in low relief consistent with a struck imitation piece. The portrait, though largely effaced by circulation and the coarse die workmanship characteristic of these emergency issues, retains the general outline of the laureate or plain-headed bust. No legible legend is present in the field or around the periphery, as is typical of this uniface imitation type. The surrounding field is flat and heavily abraded, reflecting extensive circulation use in the currency-starved Canadian colonies.

Reverse description Uniface reverse, entirely blank and devoid of any design, inscription, or device, consistent with the classification of this piece as a one-sided regal imitation struck for emergency currency circulation. The copper planchet surface exhibits deep scratches, gouges, and areas of corrosion across the flat field, indicative of heavy use and prolonged circulation. No exergue, legend, or mint mark is present. The absence of a reverse design is the defining characteristic of this uniface type within the Canadian colonial emergency coinage series.
