| Reverse description | The Arms of Perth occupy the central field, displaying a double-headed eagle displayed with wings spread, bearing a shield on its breast, the whole supported by two sinuous serpents forming a heraldic composition. A flowing ribbon inscribed with the civic motto flanks the base of the arms, terminating at each end in a decorative sprig of flowers and foliage. The denomination legend appears in the upper arc and the date 1797 is placed in exergue at the base. |
