Reverse description A crowned Irish cláirseach (Gaelic harp) centrally positioned in the field, its resonating body facing left with clearly engraved strings and an ornate forepillar terminating in a volute. A Tudor-style crown surmounts the harp. The circular legend HIBERNIA surrounds the upper portion of the design, with the date 1769 inscribed in the lower exergual area beneath the harp.
