| Reverse description | Irregularly shaped reverse flan displaying worn and partially legible Devanagari or Nagari script inscription struck across the field in two or more lines. The legends, characteristic of Bikaner princely state coinage of the early nineteenth century, are hand-struck and show typical die wear and irregular flan edges consistent with hammered copper coinage of this period. The overall surface exhibits natural patination and porosity common to base-metal issues of the Rajputana states. |
