| Reverse description | The reverse displays a Devanagari inscription ख ग (abbreviation for Khande Rao Gaikwad) in the upper field, above a horizontal crescent or bow-like device, with the Arabic regnal year ١٢٧٥ (AH 1275) inscribed below in Arabic numerals. Groups of raised pellets in triangular arrangements appear to the left and right of the central devices, a decorative feature consistent with Baroda copper coinage of this period. The flan is irregular and the strike is typical of hammered provincial issues. |
