Reverse description The reverse of this irregular square copper flan displays a group of raised pellets arranged in a triangular cluster in the upper field, a convention commonly found on Mewar primitive copper coinage serving as a symbolic mint or denominational marker. Below, cursive Nagari script characters are partially struck, accompanied by additional pellets along the left and lower margins. The flan edges are uneven and irregular, consistent with hand-cut planchets typical of the Mewar state mint production under Maharana Bhupal Singh.
