| Obverse description | Central field bears the Persian/Urdu legend 'Ba-zaman-i-mubarak George V Pancham Shah-i-Inglistan Emperor-i-Hindustan' ('In the auspicious reign of George V, King of England, Emperor of Hindustan'), arranged in multiple lines. A jhar (floral spray) device appears prominently within the legend area, accompanied by the Daroga mint-master's mark. The inscriptions are executed in Devanagari and Persian scripts consistent with Jodhpur coinage of the early twentieth century. |
