| Reverse description | Irregular hammered flan displaying a bilingual legend combining Chinese and Arabic script. The central field features the Chinese characters 五分 (Wu Fen, meaning 'five fen'), rendered in bold strokes with a prominent square-framed character dominating the composition. Surrounding Arabic script reads ضرب ياني حصار (Zarb Yangi Hisar), denoting the Yangi Hisar mint as the place of striking. The die-cutting is hand-engraved and somewhat crude in execution, consistent with the provincial hammered coinage of Xinjiang under the Guangxu reign.
