Reverse description The reverse presents a right-facing bust of an indigenous female allegory of Liberty, wearing a headband adorned with a wheat or olive sprig and a large circular earring, rendered in high relief against a smooth field. The legend VERDAD I JUSTICIA arcs along the upper periphery, divided by the bust, with VERDAD to the left and JUSTICIA to the right. The denomination 1/2 LIBRA is inscribed along the lower exergue in bold capital letters. The overall design is bold and classically composed, with fine milling visible along the coin's border.
