Reverse description The denomination and date are displayed in three lines at the centre of the reverse field, reading 1/2 KREUTZER followed by the year and mint mark, all enclosed within a wreath of laurel branches tied at the base with a ribbon bow. The wreath is finely engraved in the neoclassical manner consistent with Josephinian monetary reform coinage. The mint mark appears below the date, identifying the issuing facility among the several mints active during this issue.
