| Reverse description | The reverse is plain and uninscribed, presenting a flat to slightly convex cast bronze surface with no design elements, legends, or decorative features. The surface is covered with a characteristic aged patina of malachite green and cuprite red, consistent with long burial or age-related oxidation of ancient Chinese cast bronze coinage. The central round perforation, shared with the obverse, is clearly visible and smoothly cast. The absence of reverse markings is typical of yuan qian (round coins) of the Warring States period attributed to the State of Wei. |
