Obverse description Bust of Albert IV of Brandenburg facing right, depicted in three-quarter profile wearing a plumed hat and elaborate ecclesiastical or courtly attire with ornate detailing on the shoulder and chest. The effigy is rendered in a bold, late-Gothic Germanic style characteristic of early sixteenth-century hammered coinage. The date appears in the upper field to the left of the bust. A circular beaded inner border frames the portrait, with the Latin legend distributed around the periphery of the coin.
