Reverse description Central field displays the denomination in two lines, reading 1/2 above GULDEN, with the date below in four digits, all enclosed within a wreath of oak leaves and acorns tied at the base with a ribbon bow. The wreath is finely detailed with lobed oak leaves and clustered acorns characteristic of South German coinage of the period. The entire design is contained within a beaded border running along the inner edge of the coin.
