Obverse description Crowned and armored half-length bust of Emperor Ferdinand I facing right, holding a scepter in his right hand and an orb bearing the denomination numeral '30' in his left. The emperor is depicted in detailed Renaissance-style plate armor. A circular inner border frames the effigy, with the divided Latin legend running along the outer field. The overall style is characteristic of mid-sixteenth-century Bohemian hammered coinage.
