| Obverse description | Central field bears the papal coat of arms of Benedict XIV, consisting of a vertically striped shield surmounted by the papal tiara and crossed keys, all rendered in relief. The shield is flanked by the tied cords of the keys, extending gracefully to either side. The peripheral legend, read in segments around the coin, identifies the pontiff and regnal year. The coin is struck within a milled or beaded border encircling the entire design. |

| Reverse description | Two-line Latin inscription BEATI PAVPERES occupies the central field, set within an elaborate Baroque cartouche formed by symmetrical scrollwork and foliate acanthus ornaments at the top, sides, and base. The lettering is bold and raised, rendered in classical Roman capitals. The cartouche frame is finely detailed, reflecting the high-relief craftsmanship characteristic of mid-18th century papal coinage. A milled or beaded border runs along the coin's outer edge. |
