Obverse description Right-facing profile bust of Henry VII, crowned with an ornate Tudor crown, long flowing hair falling to the shoulder, rendered in the naturalistic portrait style characteristic of the late reign coinage. The effigy is contained within an inner beaded circle, with the mint mark positioned to the left of the crown. The surrounding legend in uncial lettering reads the royal titulature, separated by saltire stops.
