Reverse description A short cross pattée occupies the central field, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Surrounding the inner circle is a double concentric legend in Gothic uncial script, reading continuously around the flan and citing the ruler's comital title and a devotional invocation. The overall layout follows the standard gros tournois derivative type, with the legends separated by a plain fillet ring.
