Obverse description Irregular square flan bearing a two-line Arabic legend in the field, divided by a horizontal line. The upper register reads the royal name and title of the issuer in angular Naskh script. The strike is characteristic of hammered copper coinage of the Malwa Sultanate, with slightly uneven margins and a bold, deeply impressed legend occupying the full face of the flan.
