Obverse description Three facing busts of the co-ruling Piast brothers — Georg III, Ludwig IV, and Christian — depicted side by side in armour with lace collars, filling the central field. The date appears in the exergue beneath the busts. A circular Latin legend surrounds the design, giving the abbreviated names and titles of the three rulers. A small ornamental device appears at the top of the legend break. The overall style is characteristic of mid-17th century Silesian hammered gold coinage.
