| Obverse lettering | * MONETA REIPUB · TURICENSIS 1/2 |
| Reverse description | The reverse displays a bold Latin inscription in three lines — IUSTITIA, ET, and CONCORDIA — enclosed within an elegant Baroque cartouche with scrolled foliate and acanthus ornamentation at the sides and a decorative finial at the top. The date 1776 appears below the inscription, also within the cartouche. At the base, two cornucopias issue from the lower border of the cartouche. The field between the cartouche and the milled edge is plain, emphasizing the refined engraving of the central device. |
