| Obverse description | Three applied stamp impressions arranged vertically on a square klippe flan. At center, the arms of Zierikzee within a beaded circle; above, a smaller shield bearing the arms of Zeeland within a beaded circle; below, the date within an ornate decorative frame. The flan surface is flat and unadorned beyond the stamped devices, consistent with hastily produced siege coinage. All three devices were applied individually by hand punch, characteristic of emergency mint practice. |
