Obverse description Draped bust of Queen Anne facing left, her hair elaborately coiffed and bound with a ribbon, rendered in high relief in the style of John Croker. The effigy is positioned centrally within the field, with the truncation of the shoulder visible at the lower edge. The legend ANNA DEI GRATIA is distributed around the periphery in Roman capitals, separated by pellet stops.
