Reverse description The reverse presents bilingual inscriptions denoting the coin's fractional value in two scripts. Within a central beaded circle, three lines of Jawi (Arabic-script Malay) text read 'سڤردو راتس روڤيه' (one two-hundredth of a rupiah). Surrounding the beaded circle, a band of Javanese script (Hanacaraka) renders the equivalent value inscription. A small rosette ornament appears at the top of the field above the inner circle, and the overall design is plain and typographic in character, without figural elements.
