| Obverse description | An Andean Condor (Vultur gryphus) depicted in full flight occupies the central field, its broad wings fully spread and rendered in fine feather detail, with the bird's head turned slightly to the left. The national legend REPUBLICA DE CHILE runs along the lower periphery in two arcs, flanking the condor on either side. The entire design is framed by a denticulated inner border set just within the coin's rim. |
