Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Queen Victoria facing left, her hair elegantly swept back and secured with a ornate tiara and pearl-decorated hairpin. The effigy, engraved by William Wyon in the young head portrait style, displays finely detailed hair tresses and a ribbon tied at the nape of the neck.
