| Obverse description | Irregularly shaped hammered copper flan displaying a bold Arabic-script legend occupying the central field. The inscription, struck in relief with characteristic Afsharid calligraphic style, fills the available surface. The flan shows an uneven, lobate edge typical of hand-struck provincial copper coinage of the period. The surfaces exhibit a dark olive-brown patina consistent with prolonged circulation. No figural devices or decorative borders are present, the design being entirely epigraphic in character. |

| Reverse description | Hammered copper reverse bearing a two-line Persian inscription in the central field, reading 'ضرب گنجه' (struck at Ganja) above the AH date '١١٥٢' (1152 AH / 1739 CE). The lettering is boldly engraved in a provincial naskh hand, with the mint name and regnal year arranged horizontally across the flan. The surface displays a rough, granular texture characteristic of base-metal coinage produced at peripheral Afsharid mints. An irregular lobate edge frames the field, and the overall fabric reflects the utilitarian nature of small-denomination copper currency struck for local circulation in the Caucasian provinces. |
