| Reverse description | A floriated cross with fleur-de-lis terminals and foliate ornaments filling each quadrant, all contained within a beaded inner circle. The outer legend reads the pious motto DOMINIIS · PROVIDEBIT with the date 1726 incorporated into the circumscription, separated by pellet stops. The overall design is executed in a bold, provincial baroque style characteristic of Swiss cantonal coinage of the early eighteenth century. |
