Obverse description Central device depicts the iconic Charminar monument of Hyderabad in high relief, rendered in fine architectural detail with its four distinctive minarets and central arch clearly delineated. The AH date appears in Arabic numerals at the base of the monument. Arabic inscriptions in flowing Nastaliq script flank the central motif on both sides, with additional calligraphy above the Charminar. The coin exhibits a reeded border encircling the entire design, and the flat field surrounding the monument gives prominence to the architectural centerpiece.

Reverse description The reverse is dominated by a dense, multi-layered field of Arabic calligraphy in the Nastaliq style, arranged in a circular and interlocking composition that fills the coin's surface. A central cartouche encloses key inscriptions, surrounded by additional legends radiating outward in an ornate, interwoven pattern. The titles and honorifics of the Nizam of Hyderabad, Mir Mahbub Ali Khan, together with the mint formula, are incorporated throughout the calligraphic design. A reeded border frames the entire reverse field. The overall artistic treatment is characteristic of the refined calligraphic tradition employed on Hyderabad State gold coinage of this period.
