Reverse description The reverse displays a four-line value inscription within a beaded inner circle, reading 12 / EINEN / REICHS / THALER, denoting the coin's denomination as one-twelfth of a Reichsthaler. Small decorative rosettes or pellets flank the numeral 12 at the top of the inscription panel. The outer legend, separated by the beaded border, carries the mint and order attribution MON NOV ORD TEUTON along with the date, referencing this as a new coin of the Teutonic Order struck at Königsberg. The mintmaster's initials CB appear in the legend, identifying the responsible official. The overall design is characteristic of the standardized 1⁄12 Thaler coinage of the late 17th-century Holy Roman Empire.
