Obverse description Crowned shield of arms of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth with the Saxon coat of arms of the House of Wettin on an escutcheon, surrounded by a circular legend in Latin. The royal crown surmounts the shield at top center. Below the shield, the mintmaster's initials appear in the exergue. The engraving is executed in the baroque style characteristic of the Leipzig mint under August III.
