Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Leopold I facing right, with long flowing wig and prominent Habsburg features. The denomination indicator 1/12 appears in a circular cartouche at the lower left of the field, partially overlapping the bust truncation. The peripheral legend in Latin runs along the entire circumference without an inner circle, separated by small ornamental stops. The overall style is characteristic of late 17th-century Habsburg imperial portraiture, rendered in high relief on this diminutive gold flan.
