| Reverse description | A large crowned Burgundian cross occupies the center of the reverse, with a firesteel (flint and steel) motif at the intersection of the arms, referencing the Order of the Golden Fleece. The jewel of the Golden Fleece hangs from the base of the cross. Radiating sparks or flames fill the angles between the cross arms, a hallmark of Habsburgian coinage of this period. A circular Latin legend surrounds the entire design, enclosed within a beaded border on this irregular hammered flan. |
