Obverse description Right-facing truncated effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, as sculpted by Ian Rank-Broadley. The sovereign's portrait is rendered in high relief with fine detail to the hair and jewellery. The circular legend reads ELIZABETH II ISLE OF MAN with the date 2004 and the engraver's initials IRB positioned below the truncation.
