Obverse description	Cream-toned treasury obligation note with a fine guilloche border running the full perimeter. The central text panel carries the bold legend EESTI WABARIIGI 5% WÕLAKOHUSTUS, with the denomination Mk. 1000.— stated at upper right and the issue date Tähtpäev 1 mail 1919 at upper left. A serial number in manuscript appears below the title, with multilingual marginal text in Estonian, German, French, and English along the side panels. Three manuscript signatures appear in the lower central area under the heading EESTI AJUTISE WALITSUSE NIMEL, with the titles Pääminister, Rahaminister, and Riigikassa ülem. Series designation SEERIA A appears in oval cartouches at top and bottom centre.
